Trium M320 is announced in 2002

Design

Heavily influenced by classic Trium design in areas of shape, colour and design, weighing in at 95 g and measuring 115 x 47 x 20 mm, the M320 is petite and relatively lightweight. The 4096-color display is dim, not very bright and crisp, but is a far step above the very dim 256-color versions on even the most recent Trium models. The display resolution 105 x 105 pixel is not very high but is normal for low class phone.

The left side of the unit holds a spacious volume rocker.
Lacking LEDs of any kind, however, the display - combined with vibration and audible alerts - is the M320's only way of notifying users of new messages and missed calls. This is common for all Trium handsets, requiring users to inconveniently have to pick up and activate the device to see whether any alerts are waiting rather than just glance at it.

Ergonomics

The M320 is comfortable to hold and lies well in ones hand.Sporting a simple and user friendly menu in style with other recent Trium handsets. The plastic keypad has good placed keys, with the shrunken center keys for no apparent reason, make the phone harder to dial than necessary.Unfortunately, the keypad of the Trium M320 emits excess noise, but on the bright side its keys have been comfortably spaced and sized. We're not entirely happy with the design of the navigational pad and its adjacent buttons, however, as distinguishing between these less easy than it ought to be.And last, but not least, a four-way navigation buttons centered below the display.

Features

Dual band 900/1800 MHz connectivity isn't all the Trium M320 has to offer: there's also support for GPRS, SMS, and a range of applications such as WAP , voice commands, a voice recorder, FAX/Modem, Loud Speaker, all of which laptop and handheld users will be pleased to learn is a breeze to utilize either by means of infrared old wireless device,GPRS support is the fastest way to download files with your mobile, and spacious phone book..

Performance

Audio quality on the M320 was crystal clear, and signal quality was good. The removable 900 mAh Li-ion battery is rated for 4 hours talk time or 350 hours standby, which is very good for battery's theoretical capacity.Charge time is about 135 minutes.

Availability

The Trium M320 is now available throughout Europe in some language version.

Conclusion

Trium M320 is a beautiful phone to hold and use, and it's quickly won our hearts. The typical Trium design flair is present in abundance, with all the requisite consumer features to back it up.But love doesn't notice such little flaws.
