Design
Pantech's G200 has a standard design for this class handsets, measuring 46 x 83 x 20 mm and 80 grams. Despite the weight it has a good feel in the hand, and the good shaped plastic body and styled highlights give it an attractive and nice look.A perfectly adequate 65,000-color display is bright and crisp, and is a far step above the dim 4096-color versions on even the most recent Pantech models.The display resolution 128 x 160 pixel ideal for small and smart phone.
The left side of the unit holds a spacious volume rocker.
Lacking LEDs of any kind, however, the display - combined with vibration and audible alerts - is the G200's only way of notifying users of new messages and missed calls. This is common for all Pantech handsets, requiring users to inconveniently have to pick up and activate the device to see whether any alerts are waiting rather than just glance at it.
Ergonomics
The G200 is not comfortable for hold in ones hand because it is too wide.Sporting a simple and user friendly menu in style with other recent Pantech handsets.The plastic keypad has good placed keys, with the comfortable center keys, make the phone easer to dial.
